I think I'm going to buy a router and make my own kitchen cabinet doors! They are silly expensive to buy already made.

 

Once you make a good stencil it wouldn't be difficult to make nice doors.

Is that thin tubing or ? It broke really clean on the other weld you posted too, this one broke exactly on the edge of the weld again

yeah.... been to that site.... 10 - 20 per sq ft adds up quick. $150 I have a router and a set of 8 bits... shouldn't be hard at all to nip an edge, and put a simple design on. Then, I still have a router left over to collect dust! LOL I know the wood will cost, but it'll be painted, so I don't need top of line.

Been so busy, I have no time for T-Dubs anymore miss you dudes... but my wallet doesn't miss the spending.. so i guess its for the best. Lol

We're expanding and need more machinists and operators (laser and press) as we have new machines coming in very soon! Looking for about 4 people.. willing to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift. Pay is very competitive and the atmosphere is great. Small time gig but rapidly growing, with tons of opportunities. We will train and get you up to speed, so no worries there. Agreed. Most people aren't hanging 110# spare on the back of it either. Kyle and I will weld it back and throw on some 1/4" gussets and she'll be good as new.

Not that thin. I think it's .120 wall. But ya, no good. I contacted the manufacture and let them know.
