    Workin' on it....
    Gave the truck it’s quarterly, wash and wax.

    Been pretty happy with Chemical Guys Jet Seal. I also grabbed one of their waffle weave drying cloths and that thing is AMAZING.

    Unfortunately the truck will only look this clean for a couple of days. Living at the end of a half mile gravel road things get dirty quickly.

    Same here man, I just haven't gotten off my ass to do it yet. I need a weekend of downtime to pull the wheels, put it up on jack stands, pull the drums because mine are flaking like crazy too, and give everything a proper paint job and let it all cure a bit before handling.

    When you get around to yours, definitely look at Eastwood "PRE" ... stuff is AMAZING for painting prep.

    I used PRE and Eastwood Rust Encapsulator on my control arms for the Miata- I wasn't about to media blast all 8 arms, and the encapsulator is great for minimal prep. Just brass brush the loose flakes of shit away and use PRE to get dirt and grime off.

    It came out so well (see right hand upper control arm) that people thought I had powdercoated them...

    Little did they know, my secret was I had thrown them on a cardboard moving box and rattlecanned them straight over the patina you see on the left hand side. :eek:
