    It’s been YEARS since I’ve been here and I’m curious to see what’s changed.

    I will say, 95* with little humidity is way better than the 95* and 70% humidity of VA.

    Compare the suburbs to "The Blob" and you wont be too far off. More things are going Vertical in the Tempe/Phx area. Lots of new "hip" restaurant chains. Same old shitty (read: awesome) dive bars in the nooks and crannies.
