    Wow, apparently my house is as hot as our realtor. Listed it yesterday about noon, had one viewing yesterday, and 7 viewings today (even had to start turning down viewings so I could get the kids ready for bed, school night and all). We have two offers already in and another on its way. Looks like we will go for just over list. Which is good, I am not sure it will appraise for much more than that.

    Realtor's aight. She looks like a nice person, probably too nice for me to be attracted to. I like it when they are mean for some reason. Like they make you sit to do number 1. Or require you to do 100 push ups before you can eat a bowl of fruity pebbles. Or they make you only use Q-tips to harvest your nasal mucus instead of the fingers god gave us specifically for this purpose.
