Since a couch and tv are encouraged in a proper garage. Getting rid of a living room in favor of more garage space is very acceptable

Well, spending the first night in the new house. Haven’t moved furniture yet, just mattresses and TVs. Spent yesterday grinding the garage floor, laid the epoxy today. Will do clear coat on Friday. Internet was setup today and all animals were moved.
    Big move is Sunday.

Still negotiating repairs/price on the old house, but hope to move forward with it by Monday. Will be nice when it is in our rear view mirror.

Driving to Heber tomorrow to pickup the tables my wife bought a couple of weeks ago. Damn table will be heavy!

Anyone want granite boulders? I have 4 in my RV area that need to go. You pull them, you keep them.

The one looks pretty tall and steep. With a locker, you might make it to the top just before your tip over

Yeah but that way there's zero downtime you can go straight from the dealer to Nordstroms to pick up some Uggs then hit Lost Dutchman State Park to get some killer IG picks of how rugged you are.
