    Near West World and Gateway Trailhead in NE Scottsdale. Road open this morning, but still a pretty big mess in our complex. The FD was very very close to calling for an evacuation of approximately 12 condos if the water rose another inch.

    If it helps I got a off-road 4x4 MT over at freeman, there it was 35 our the door. Might be worth a look
    no most are a pain in the ass. I looked for one for my brother on his 350z project car. Call backs were a pain plus the prices have gone up since I last did one with my Jeep
