Thanks! I’ll check both those out. Any words on what the labor would cost, roughly?

Any plumbers by trade on here? Have an issue that's driving me nuts with my new house and so far the contractors sent over by the builder have been useless and just said "I can't smell it" and left with 0 troubleshooting of anything.

The front bathroom occasionally smells like sewer gas under the sink. Sometimes it's bad enough to permeate the whole bathroom, most of the time just a rank odor from under the sink.
P-trap is full of water (if you run hot water you can feel it stay in the trap) and the bathroom is used daily. I pulled the cover plate for the cleanout and it didn't look wet or leaky but you can't really see much.

It seems like something with the venting is fucked up but it's not a "24/7 smells like shit" situation which apparently means plumbers will die if they touch any pipes.

I know a few guys on here have used them but I wouldn't give them my money again. They did a rebuild less than one year ago on my '32 and its leaking like a sieve. Now it has to be rebuilt again. Just waiting for good guys to be over.

I am not a plumber, but here is what happened at my wifes place several years back. When they built the house they covered the bathroom vent on the roof with paper so it would never vent. We had problems for years with the smell but no one could tell us what was wrong. When they redid the roof they found it.

Baja plans changed. We aren’t running our truck anymore, now we are running another teams truck. So from spec TT (450hp) to a trophy truck (900hp). I’m terrified. We most likely aren’t going to prerun since we won’t have time. I’ll be codriving mile 380 to 650ish at night. Should be a blast. Then we sit at 650 and wait for this teams second car (a utv) and we will run that from 650 into the finish.

Hahaha bring a jacket. At least you won’t need to stop to eat, keep your mouth open and the bugs should give you the protein you need haha.

Fucking lab place now requires you to check in on a kiosk thing. This morning I watched 3 employees stand and wait for a guy to finish checking in while two other people waited to check in. Such a fucking waste of time and resources. Just trying to replace people.

I just push buttons until I get to the end, and can get called up.

They expect people that haven’t eaten or had coffee to function with new technology.

You have had a rough couple of days man. Does your wife and fam still think you are pissed off today too?
