Hey good on them if they have that money to blow. Not sure I would give shit away but oh well.

Good luck to them. I think anyone just wanting stuff is out of luck. Sounds like people who ordered will be getting most of the parts.

Always cool to be charitable but Jesus lol

Good for them. But at some point they need to break even or turn a profit on that inventory. But if a steel transfer case skid shows up I'm game.
P.S. Anyone know any other vendor skids that may match up to the pelfrey mid skid?

I'd imagine with bamf on board with this there will be a good amount of reverse engineering to duplicate product for future sales

Any chance that you might know the contact for this auctioneer to get my name on the list? I actually have a 4Runner, but would love to help this guy move a product or two!

Calling it like it is! That’s fine, I get it, you aren’t wrong. But the 4Runners forum hasn’t said much and I’m not trying to take your Tacoma stuff. If it helps @JLee @jberry813 move excess product after they have addressed original purchasers, in the end, I’m just trying to help the Toyota community keep rolling and get a product I’ve been wanting before the bankruptcy happened.

Now to get off my ass and get UCAs... still can't make up my mind, some people are telling me not to do anything but delta joint, I am kinda worried about the service on Uniballs too, and the noise.

But I mean shit my GTI was my DD for years with solid shock top hats and that creaked like a ship at sea every time you parked.

Uniballs are the way to go. I got 50K out of a set on my lifted Duramax. Even then they were still very usable but noisy. I never serviced them. 100's of trips to the dunes and they held up excellent.

Stop agonizing and order a set of burgs. SDHQ may still do an AZTW discount.

On my 1st gen Taco I ran OEM uppers with kings set at about 2". Worked just fine.

Playing Devil's advocate a little bit. They sold to others, not just on here. Many had no hope of recovering money or what they ordered. Joining a site that you heard was trying to help those people out, is very understandable. I know I live a good life, but there isn't any extra money for me or my truck in our budget. So, If I ordered something costing this much, I would jump on any chance of getting what I ordered. Otherwise it would be years before I could afford to do it again.

The guys that bought the lot are making people provide proof they didn't get a refund, that will keep a lot of people away that aren't actually effected. I am sure someone will do some fraud like thing and get something they don't deserve, but it is better to help a 100 sheep and one wolf, than no one at all.
