I'm open Saturday morning until 3-4pm debating a couple runs depending on how this storm shakes out. Four peaks and mt Ord are closed by the NFS but heading up to mt Peeley th across from ord is an option I'm looking at.

I've offered my 4x4 services to the azt community if anyone is wanting to hit eject so in the odd chance someone reaches out for a bailout that's what I'll be doing.

 

Anyone thinking about stripping powder coating off rims or anything else. Most likely Oahu, One of their top locations is in Waikiki which would suck for her cause we both hate going down there. Ideally would try to live on the windward side Kailua or Kaneohe

 

Yea man K-bay is always a solid spot to live with having some seclusion but I can only imagine the drive into Waikiki these days.

 

With her schedule it would likely be a lot of odd hours like going in around Noon to 2 and coming home late at night which would help. Otherwise going over/back via the Pali kinda sucks in rush hour, but better than coming down from Ewa Beach area. The company is branching out into smaller bar and quick bite type places instead of the full blown upscale dinning. Would be nice if they were to open one of those on the east side and that was her offer lol

Time for me to renew my lease at my apartment. They are trying to raise my rent by 10%. That seems really high to me.

Any opinions? From what I can find. 3-5% is typical.
