Hmmm I was picturing a panel filter in my head, probably wouldn't be able to find a scrap that size that would wrap around and give good coverage.

But there is this, $15 for a sheet from UNI themselves:

Only kart one I know of is this one http://azkartwerx.com/, or try one of the dirt bike shops around the valley (AEO, Screwie Lewie’s, maybe ride now)

No but some fuckwad put my phone number in an online real estate search. So for the last 8 months I've been bombarded with texts and calls about finding a house to buy.

Today I attempt my hand at small engine mods. I haven't torn into a small engine since Jr. High. Back then it was only for repair. Today I'm removing the govna', re-jetting the carb, new valve springs, intake, and exhaust. Should make the little bike scoot. Afterward, I'll determine if a new rear sprocket is needed.

    pics of bike for reference

That is the only downside to having a truck. You are always everyone's best friend when they need a hand moving.

Kinda what I am wondering. Phoenix is getting some serious road rage.

At one of the previous North Phoenix TW meets we were over at Norterra and some furious raging motorist was chasing another driver through the mall parking lot at speeds which would have been homicidal had someone or some kid stepped out from a parked car or whatever.

    Fucking ridiculous.

I'm kinda nervous to even honk my horn at stupid people anymore because of all the road rage stuff that has happened lately. The lady thing I want is for someone to do something stupid and hurt my daughter

Yeah, it’s gotten stupid ridiculous. Main reason I have a dash cam. I drove a lot of miles and it’s helped me out. On my last car a guy tried to go around me crossing double lines and cut in front only to hit me. His excuse was because I was going too slow while braking up to a stop sign in a residential. Didn’t have a dash cam at this time but put cell on record and got him admitting what he did which helped because later he said I hit his side while he was turning into a spot.

I should probably invest in a dash cam but it hasn't been high on the mod priority list.....also truck only goes out on weekends so I'm not racking up miles on it like a daily. Last year I think I did 3800 miles lol.

Our AZTW family has always been pretty damn amazing since I joined up 3 years ago. I think I could see this community coming together to help someone in need.
A very good friend of our family, basically family, had run into a lot of health issues and financial problems because of it for the last couple of years. She is driving her deceased father's 1990 toyota pickup and it is her only mode of transportation. The poor woman doesn't have AC in this heat either.

Now let me get to my point. I wanted to see if any of you would have any parts that might work for a 1990 Toyota pickup that you would be willing to donate. It is basically in need of everything down to shocks. I changed the battery, did an oil change and replaced the starter for her recently but it needs everything else. I really don't want her to get stranded out in this heat with a broken timing belt so I'm going to donate the parts and my time to replace it for her but it needs a lot more than just that.

I would be happy with just having a mod day at my house to just get a hand with it. I would do drinks and bbq. I also have a pool but it's like bathwater right now.

I hate asking for help with anything but this, I feel, is for a really good person in a rough place in her life.

I've got close to 1k in unplanned expenses due in the next couple weeks plus registration so funds are really tight at the moment but if you need a hand or something smallish I'll see what I can do.

Like I said, anything is better than nothing. Even thinking about helping is more than what most people would do.

The men of the family taking one final boy's trip up to my grandparents old cabin in the Sierra's next weekend. Think the plan is to spread the remainder of their ashes around the property and near grandpa's favorite fishing spot. After that think my uncle's will be selling it. Hardly gets used anymore and it's so old and unsafe doesn't make a good rental basically a tear down and rebuild needed. Will be bittersweet to see the place go. Some of my favorite memories as a kid happened up at the cabin.

I will text you for sure. Thanks so much. I just feel so bad for her and she is a really, really good person. I hate seeing good people struggle so bad.
