Been on vacation exactly 3 hours and already “forgot” the work phone at home while at lil’mans basketball practice!

 

I saw a Toyota Seinna today with TRD stickers on the rear quarter panels, and a license plate that said NEWTRD. Unfortunately I was driving and couldn't get a picture.

Truck is in desperate need of a wash after Utah, if I don't this changes to 0% if i do then it goes to 100%

This thing looks funny without the bumper on it and the intake in.

I'm putting fluids in her now. The transmission takes 2 gallons of fluid. Can I just dump it all in or should I put some in, then run it, then put the rest or out it in while it's running? I haven't started or even put gas in it yet.

 

Put about 6.5 to 7 qts in and start it. Cycle the shifter thru all the gears to move the solenoids in the valve body. Let it warm up some and top it off.

Well, I didn't get to start her tonight but I did get all the last little shit done so I can put fuel in it and fire it up tomorrow! I gotta go to bed though and this thing would be obnoxious at this time of night with just strait downpipes! Haha

Typically October is suggested, or when it gets into the mid 60s at night. I was a little early to seed based on the forecast but since my yard is sprinkled and I have a pool it seems to hold onto moisture and cool air pretty well until about 10am. My low temps are consistently 5 degrees cooler than what the news says the low is for Deer Valley. I saw a low of 64 yesterday and then 60 today. My pool is so cold already that Im switching the pump to run during the day so I can keep it warm for as long as possible this fall.

 

I will be having my wife record it from outside and I was thinking about doing so from the inside too.

My summer grass has stopped growing already.
Going trim/mow today and dial the water back.
When we get back I will scalp, thatch and spread winter rye.

 

yep - follow the steps that were provided earlier in the link.

you are going to have to mow 3 or 4 times, changing directions and height settings each time until you get to the decks lowest setting.

do not attempt to mow at the lowest setting during the first pass - will take 2x's as long.

also - be prepared you will end up with a tons of clippings, have trash bags at the ready.
