I am hoping to go this weekend, but our new (to us) trailer had an axle failure last weekend. Been fighting with the insurance company about getting it and where they are going to take it for work. If it is still sitting in the forest this weekend, I am camping in it. If the tow companies gets it before, then I am staying home and doing nothing!

On other news, the Sequoia got rotors and pads on all 4 corners. Also ditched the crappy latch on the hatch and put in a push button actuator. Now push button and pull door! It unlockes every time. I even put in a button on the inside, so if camping in it or some other reason, I can open the hatch from the inside. Maybe later I will upgrade to auto open/close.

Fuck I can't catch a break with this damn car. I accidentally bent the heat shield on the starter into the terminal when I was installing the exhaust. Fried the damn thing. Battery and cables were super fucking hot. Scared the fuck out of me that it may have fried something else but the ECU looks to be fine. Guess I will find out after the new starter gets here.

    Argh new job+new insurance=new deductible.
My PT went from $160 a month to $600 a month. Looks like I'll be going from 2x a week down to 2x a month.

Health insurance is terrible now. Before the "affordable" health care act I had a 250 deductible and 1k out of pocket max. Had both hips replaced for 1k out of pocket. This ankle injury has been over 5k now.

    Could have been much worse.

A starter should be the last piece needed before it can be driven?
