Glad it’s really going well for you and that it’s been a good change of management.

 

It's been great total different approach and structure even though they share some of the process improvement stuff. I guess I can thank the millennials for the laid back style lol

The good news is I'd imagine he's got decent gear with him since it was a multi day trip and as an SAR guy should know what to do. Bad news is because of the above and no one's heard from him something really bad might have happened.

Hope it's just a case of dead battery and minor injury preventing him from moving fast

Saw some hikers outside of Sunflower today, they hadn’t seen him

 

That's not good. If they were headed south on AZT they should have crossed paths at some point

 

It was right at sundown, they were being resupplied by a vehicle that had been sitting there for about 90 mins, I stopped thinking they had broken down and needed help.

seems like they were headed south, because I didn’t see them come north.

 

Headed to east idaho on Friday. Anyone need a ride anywhere along the way? Coming back Monday. long ride, trying to make it decent with one of y’all.

 

Fiancé and I need a ride from flag to sky harbor Friday. And back on Sunday. Got to get to gpa’s bday party in Washington. Though it sounds like we’d be opposite of your travels.

 

My first part from my first solo Program.. so stoked. Simple, but I learned a ton from it and will only get better. Onto more complex parts and programs now! Got it within just a couple tenths! (.0002") Feeling good!

 

Well now I don't feel quite as studly but feeling pretty good myself. Step 1 down of the garage floor painting project. I had to see what the truck looked liked crammed in that corner. Haha

Minimum pay for minimum skills...the only thing holding people like that back is either their self righteous indignation or the bullshit excuse they keep telling themselves. Embrace the suck like the rest of us!
