@XPOTRPR and his work is another good option if he's able to.

@MR E30 We could probably do it here if you cant find anything. Got forklifts and extensions. It would sit outside but would be locked behind our gate.

Thanks for the offer, but I have it worked out with Prise already. Putting the order in this afternoon and eagerly awaiting its arrival in early November.

Right on. That's gonna be sweet. Still waiting for our Build to be finished up too. Hoping within the month. Trying to coordinate picking up our BAMF Dual SwingOut and the Camper in the same trip.

I was waiting to hear something as you mentioned it would be ready in August. Sorry it's delayed. That'll be a cool road trip to pick it up though.

Thankfully OK4WD already has a long bed Alucab CC in black in their warehouse, so I'll claim it with my deposit and they'll hold it until I am ready for it.

Yeah bummed it's delayed.. but honestly works out better.. especially if we can pick up both. The bumper isn't supposed to be done until end of the month.. maybe into October.

We're just itching for adventure now though

Stuff that costs more than my wife thinks.
Got some custom sliders going together with a buddy, and he’s looking to get into the market.

ideas were avoiding tube, and making it durable enough to Jack the truck up.

welp, we tested the latter yesterday rather successfully.

Finished concept added as a thumbnail, but w/o the kickout.

Looks badass, but out of curiosity, why avoid tube? I thought tube was better for actually "sliding" on objects vs an edge or flat surface to dig in/ catch.

Speaking of which I've kind of had the odd idea of adding stick-on UHMW sheets to armor as a replaceable layer that should be pretty slippery. I'm thinking it sounds like a near idea but probably would just immediately tear and get annihilated on the first rock.

I’d like to say durability, but I’ll have to land on preference, as I’m not the expert there. I’ll report back.

From my perspective, nearly every other option out there IS tube, and I am confident these will more than fit my needs while giving me my preferred look. :)

Gotta compromise. Find a girl with shared hobbies. I was already doing Tacoma things when I met my match in AZ. Not being a fancy, high maintenance gal probably helped, in my case. Kind of a tomboy and into outdoorsy things. Used to do a lot of camping and exploring with TW bros back east before moving west. I hate to admit this but the west is the best. So much goodness out here. Desert, mountains, King of the Hammers, etc. I would say go join a Tacoma, Toyota, or off-roading group on FB to meet potential females but those are usually cringe worthy. Good luck with the hunt!

    Question to the hunters here:

Look for any recommendations on shipping game meat across county. Should I use a specific carrier? Should I have the meat cleaned & completely butchered first before shipping? Or should I say fuck it and drive the meat back to AZ quartered up?
Obviously I am new to hunting. Thanks in advance.
