Been watching the book of Boba Fett.

What a steamy pile of shit this is. Disney really fucked up the coolest character in Star Wars. Well, they fuck up everything they touch.

I hate all of this - officially moved down the list of shows to watch. I'll get to it eventually.

    It was still Favreau right?

Honestly not sure. The Mandalorian was awesome. This book of Fett is garbage. Boba is 60+ years old, moves slower than an 80 year old. He takes off his helmet all the time which is a big nope. The only positive thing I can say it 'looks good'.

Edit: Written by Favreau but not directed by him.

The reason they take the helmet off so often is to protect their acting roles. If it was always behind the mask, as it were, they have no job security. Now its written into their contracts they get to show their faces. I fell asleep in the first episode and haven't bothered to try again.

I mean I get that, but that isn't part of the character. Actors need to shut up and give justice to a character as big as Boba.

Hell, the Dredd movie with Karl Urban was awesome and he never took off his helmet. Most of the Mandalorian they never took the helmet off the main actor. Boba rarely has his helmet on. Lame.

I get that, and I dont blame the actors. I blame the writers.

But instead of Boba skipping through Mos Eisley using his helmet as a freaking halloween bucket full of goodies maybe he should have had it on and been prepared in that "wretched hive of scum and villainy". Then they could have had him take it off when he gets back to his crib to chat with his sidekick
