I finally got my bumper after 20 weeks of waiting. Going to install the winch with a buddy in the next few weeks. Pretty stoked though. This thing is pure beef.

 

I think the pod racer scene was pretty much the best part about E1... though Ray Park absolutely killed it as Darth Maul

While I'm also iffy on the show so far because it's "Generic Cliche Action in Space", the character had maybe two lines and a handful of scenes in the OT. Let's not pretend he was anything more than a cool looking faceless plot device.

I really do need to get out there for once. My Uncle races in the Ultra4 class every year and I've yet to go see it.

 

Well we're planning on heading out there. working out details and dates still but hoping for a good 3-4 days out there. The 2nd or 3rd, through the 6th.

Your boy is back again with an intentionally vague camping spot question, mostly because you all have never failed to impress.

Considering a quick dispersed one-nighter. Still stock height and tires on the OR, as an FYI, but would love a new spot to go check out that's within, let's say a 3-4 hour total drive.

How warm or cold do you want to be?

 

I went to Four Peaks when the first cold wave came through and it got down to 20. I was fine.

I'm not saying I necessarily WANT to freeze, but I'll survive.

 

I am just wondering as this weekend we may be seeing some snow up here. For a somewhat easy place to get out of town you can head up towards happy jack. Or I really like the back side of Apache lake. But I prefer that during the summer.

 

My truck was parked 10 feet from this on Sunday night and it was 2.5 hours from my door in Phoenix. It was ~70 during the day and ~35 at night. Ill DM you the coordinates, dont want them to be public.
