Homer grills are good lookin for sure but there are a some good write-ups on DIY satoshi grilles.

Yeah I paint worse then a 2 year old with crayons. Maybe with my old grille I will try it. If it comes out well I can sell it for a couple bucks.

Same lack of skillz with paint, bondo and whatever else would be required to roll my own. I am not a DIY'er unfortunately. I Wouldn't trust myself with the grill of my truck, so I must pay....

Good lookin' out. Actually glad it is the wrong year. All I get to do is drool over stuff on TW for the next year or more. My truck is going to look the same for a minute. Gots to save up for a back yard first and we will probably spend a bit on that, then truck comes after.

Buuuuuut, the first purchase I make after the house is squared away will be an RTT for my Molly. I will have plenty of time to research those things while I save for it.

It was bullshit and everyone knew it, but HR didn't care because the fact was alcohol was on company premises and they were a "zero-tolerance tobacco, alcohol, and drug free workplace." The fact that it was just "there" was enough to fire me.

Turns out the guy who made this shit up's dad came in last week after I got shitcanned... to drop off an application for my exact job. The hiring manager, who happens to be a friend of my dad, called to tell him about it, and told my dad that he reported it to the HR person who ordered my termination. That asshole said it could be coincidence and it doesn't make any difference in the outcome of my case, and that he should be unbiased in his assessment of the guy's dad as a candidate for the position.

The whole thing is the biggest crock of shit... HR should be there to protect employees, but instead was just used as a tool to screw a hard working family man out of his job so some washed up lowgrade could walk right in for an easy pay raise.
