Hence my earlier statement. I was completely unprepared for what I saw...

In other news, window shopping is always fun, Geiser Brothers and Baer Brakes are our neighbors. Every year around this time people prepping for Baja and Mint, brings all kinds of trucks. Then occasionally you hear the hot test run down our street, then the chirp chirp chirp of the tires doing a U-turn in our intersection and hot footing it back inside their building before the PD gets here. 750 hp opening up is quite the pleasant noise.

Jesus christ my wallet hurts reading this.

Had to put the front bumper, winch, and skids on hold with buying the house. Almost regret it, we can sleep in the tent - or coulda had one of those trailers lol.

Sliders were done early on the list, but appreciate it otherwise!

I have a welder in my garage. Thats not the problem. Just finding the time to do it. Been so busy doing everyone else's stuff mine has all taken the back burner.

Need to rewire my lights and find the short. Have a transmission cooler to install. And the drawer system to build. Thats just for the 4runner.

So we aren’t camping this weekend, wife’s not too keen on sub freezing temps (hence us living in Peoria) but we are still gonna mess around on the rim tomorrow

I tried to convince her but she’s not down for that being her first off road camping experience.

I used to work in AJ on the trail…I had my share and I’m done with it

I grew up here, not saying much. Its a different speed and quality here. I wanted land and city life doesnt offer shit for property.
Bonus i have the Superstition wilderness in my backyard to play, hunt, wheel, hike, and camp. 20 mins from Canyon lake isnt to bad in the summer time either!

I am down for that. I can burn them tho. Lord knows I need more practice anyway. I will be back going come monday. Lots of sidework and garage shinanigans to get caught up on.
My wife is only down for cold weather camping because of the rooftop tent and the GFC now. If we were on the ground that would be a hard no from her aswell. She still needs some persuading because she hates the cold but I can get her out with the promises of bon fires and whiskey.

Being in NW Peoria I’m 15-20 min from Pleasant. Crown King isn’t too far either lol. We’re both in the optimal spots in our respective areas
