I just used the floor jack method a few weeks ago.
Having used a coil spring compressor on past trucks/jeeps and buddies I was dreading the install.
But it worked quite well. First side took a little longer to figure out exactly how to swing it, but other side was quick.

Why undo the UCA from the spindle? I've done the floor jack method a bunch, including on 6112, and never done that. Did you mean undo the LCA from the spindle?

I have these with holes drilled through both sides, but I cant get the hole on the 45 degree side as big as I need to for the screws to go through.

This is what I need them to look like. They dont have to be perfect.

I appreciate it! I reached out to XPOTRPR since I have less experience in this realm but if he is unable to assist I will take you up on the offer to use your drill press! Thanks for the reply!

So all the thru holes are in, you just need all the backside clearance holes popped in. Where are you located? I could definitely do those after work on day..

    Theres 4 pieces total. 6 holes per piece technically since its 3 holes in 2 different axis. 1.5" x 1.5" x 4.5" (A x B x Length)

    upload_2023-3-29_12-29-22.jpg

Holes should match to fit into the other extrusions I have that are tapped at the ends (highlighted). Everything is in inches.

I think I covered everything? Let me know if I missed something. I really appreciate it man!

I think either day works depending on the time. What time should I be where you're at?

Well that was easier than the first time I wrestled them fuckers in there!
Done 1hr 15mins. Need to check torque and test drive!

    *edit update*
Holy hardened steel batman, these coils are stiff! Helps with the puckering body roll and I need to break em' in a bit.
