    Stuff.. but not much
You can try the cross streets of Litchfield and Northern. I'm right down the road and frequently get distracted when I'm driving by. No real peak time as they fly at all different hours.

Edit: Saw you already got the same info a little late.

I’m glad it’s not just me. I can’t help but watch them as they fly so low.

After finding my first scorpion inside (have killed nine outside at this point) I bought some DE and went nuts. 4 lbs wasn’t quite enough just for the back, so going to order more. Something psychologically pleasing about a visible barrier. Fuck you, scorpions.

Anyone run a soft topper for an extended period of time out here? Thinking about getting one and wondering how it holds up to the heat and elements here.

I legit keep my thermostat at 70F, run the blower full time to keep airing always moving in the house and replace the filter monthly. After 36 summers of this shit, the APS bill is worth the comfort of my family.

Is your drain directly connected to a bathroom faucet or do you have two out the side of your house.

You might have a leak. HVAC guy probably gonna sell you a hard start kit (if u don’t already have one), leak test if your freon is low (don’t let them sell you that leak stop, will ruin your compressor), and evap coil cleaning .

now you mentioned not seeing any water on outside. Your drain line may be clogged and your drain pan overflow switch is shutting off the system.

I don’t feel to bad now keeping mine at 73! Comfort has a cost and I am willing to pay the bill!

I wish I had one of those variable fan systems i could run 24/7 to keep air balanced. My builder did a terrible job on the hvac system. Temperature balance is all over the place.

For about 3 hours this afternoon I didn’t get one drip from the exterior evap condenser drain and the ac system wouldn’t go below 80’ then at around 8pm a semi constant drip as one should expect and temp inside has now got to the programmed 76’.
My landlord/friend has agreed if it’s plays up again tomorrow he’ll call the guy that replaced the evap coil last September to come out and inspect…

Anyone else have their battery light come on? If so, what was the cause? Mine came on this morning while driving to work.

I am at 72 and agree completely. My neighbor keeps their house at 78 and has a higher bill than me. I am a super cooler and have been for years. My balanced bill is $106/mo with 2500 sq ft and a pool. Flat roof and shitty windows.

Stuff that costs more than my wife thinks.
This. Learned pretty quickly to get a battery with a longer replacement window and fork up the extra money to basically get two batteries for the price of one.

AZ heat will get ya. If it's not this year, it's probably gonna be next.

Go get it checked and make sure you're not just due for a long drive around the 101 to let the alternator do it's thing, or if it's time to go ahead and stick the backup in the garage.

Thanks. I have never had the light come on even when my battery dies but hopefully it's just the battery

The light is just generic indicator of the system voltage being low. Being a 2006, you should probably check out the whole charging system.

Thanks. Any recommendations where to have that done?
