The US Navy has a pin you could put on the roof of your truck ...

 

I wanna say it was before that, when I went back to look at pictures I realized it has been longer than I though since I had been there lol. This is the way that we came from last time, the west arrow is that now much worse? That what we were talking about being able to do in a stock Tacoma back then.

 

I went out to Sheep's in January of this year, according to my Flickr.

Road from the west (came up through Cave Creek, not all the way from the 17) was rough, so slow going for me, but I did have an FJ Cruiser pass me as he was just bombing the road with no cares.

The 'hot' springs aren't worth it IMO. 99 degrees isn't warm enough for me. You do walk through dense reeds, felt like a mountain lion was going to jump out at me as I made my way inside.
