Man, came to the BS thread the typical hooliganry and get hit right in the feels.

Sorry to hear about your pup @0uTkAsT. Our families Golden Retriever passed away 8 years ago. He saw a squirrel and took off like a dam rocket after it, pretty normal. But we knew something was wrong when he didnt come back. We found him about a half mile away laying there lifeless. He got so worked up going after it, had a heart attack, and collapsed. It felt like I lost my best friend. Looking back it now I dont think the timing could have been better. He had one hell of a last day. Tons of playing, treats, and left us doing something he loved.

 

I hate soccer, but damn Fifa is fun to play.

 

So we just got notified that the company is going to change our work schedule. Some are happy, me, not so much, it means another day of travel.

We had a nice schedule, with set days. apparently it is to confusing for our scheduling department.
1 on (24 hrs)
1 off
1 on (24 hrs)
4 off

We are going to an ABC Kelly schedule.
1 on (24 hrs)
1 off
1 on (24 hrs)
1 off
1 on (24 hrs)
4 off

We are going from a 48 hr work week to a 56 hr, average, work week. Going from a constant pay check to one low & one high pay schedule.

Holy shit this is a sad afternoon. @0uTkAsT I'm sorry your pup is not doing so well. I have 2 dogs that are like kids to me like @Aw9d and they are getting old. Scares the shit out of me that I will be doing the same thing with them in the not to distant future. Stay strong brotha, it will hurt but not as much as seeing him miserable.

he was a beta tester and they needed a tacoma with stock sized tires. He told me about it and the rest is history. Got a free intake out of driving with the prototype for a couple of weeks and letting them keep my truck overnight to do some dyno pulls.

 

I don't know yet, I gotta get some homework done and I will find out on my way to class tonight. The prototype sounded good so I'm assuming with the improvements they made since I had it on my truck it will sound just as good. Jerry says the changes they made make is sound better.

 

Did you ever get the dyno sheet? Curious to what the dyno said about it.

 

Sorry you're in such a tough spot @0uTkAsT reading this thread brought back some memories and the feels big time. We put my dog Buddy down a few months ago, it really is like losing a family member.

 

Fucking ironic. My buddy just called me, his 5 year old Pitbull "Crooker" died this morning. Liver failure. WTF? He was a bad ass dog too. I feel bad for my buddy, I feel worse for his 11 year old daughter as it was 'her dog' and slept with her every night. That's going to be a tough conversation for him.

That's gotta be from Jerry's truck. My truck didn't even have 2000 miles on it when they had it. 8 hp and 9 torque

 

@0uTkAsT Thoughts are with you for sure, that's a hell of a tough time. It seems as though a lot of us know the feeling. Good thing they're able to provide us with so much joy and so many memories that it helps to ease our pain.
