I have this one, but with the step. They had a sale last year for 4th of July for 17.76% off, but the website glitched and double applied the discount both on the page and in the cart! Too good of a deal to pass up.

Yeah I found 3/16" wall. I can get 1/4" aswell. Guess buy once cry once right?! And I dont want that falling off and going for a ride mid trail.

 

Agreed, I’d be more concerned about the hinge and latch than the tube.

 

I like the look of it. And would match the tube doors they have aswell.

My pivots and mounts are all 1/4".. thats not what cracked tho.. it was the swingarm itself which is 3/16" because there wasn't sufficient pressure on my adjustable stop, so thats why it was bouncing and cracked. So as long as you do make the pivots out of 1/4".. and do a stop/latch that doesnt allow any slop, it will be fine. Mines all good now with the replacement swingarm (still 3/16") that had a gusset added and the stops adjusted.

 

Second this. Big fan of how it all integrates between my devices. I like to map notes and mark trails on desktop and then download my offline maps and trails on my ipad. Have it set up on a ram mount to swivel to my side if I'm solo or swivel back to passenger if i have someone else to navigate. on-x is relatively new and I'm sure they will add stuff in the future but I'm a creature of habit and have been using Gaia for something around 4 years and had a hard time trying to switch to on-x.

Repeaters and Use of them have been a hot topic in the feed as we are all starting to use GSMR in the rigs.. Might need to make a meet-up to share info and knowledge on the topic! This could help get someone outta a pinch if they go solo. > just saying! I know I could benefit from more knowledge of them!!
