Made a Billet clevis mount for a rocket...

 

Completely out of left field, you ever think about doing "premade" gusseted spindles? I know there are some companies out there that offer that but you could probably make a pretty slick operation out of it here in the valley if you have the appropriate cast welding experience.

Get an OEM set fresh from the dealer, make a welding jig to hold them, then you can use that jig as a functional gauge for core exchange (as in, if it fits on the jig you know they aren't bent) and offer said core exchange and get OEM spindles cheap, spin it up into a little operation where you recondition used spindles and sell them gusseted.

 

When you billet her clevis till she mount your rocket

 

Next time I marry will be for money. I want to be one of them trophy husbands.

 

I use to offer that but it became too much on top of all my other products. That’s why I will be releasing my fabbed spindle soonish

I had to order a longer bolt when I built my bed platform.

Factory size is M12-1.25 x 122mm T55 head
