I am with everyone else. That wont be to hard to fix looking at the photos. Some suspension and possibly rebend back that frame section. But a SAS would solve all that. Look at the valuations and make sure they are either paying you for all your mods or letting you take them all off. Also make sure they arent moving your truck around the yard with a forklift. Inspect your frame and drive line for fork marks before you buy it back.

3rd gen and 2nd gen use the same suspension parts right?

@PilotBoy352 I have my factory LCAs, SPC UCAs, stock gusseted Spindles, stock CV axles, and complete steering rack that I'm pulling out right now. They will be up for grabs.

Dang if they totalled that out, then that's a easy buy and flip once they auction it off lol What insurance company do you use ? I'd buy it at auction lol easy fix. I'll give you 10k for that completely totalled truck lol

Note: The only way I can think they would total that is if you ripped the lower control arm mounts off the frame itself, but everything looks intact. Did you not bother to take pictures underneath? Curious what makes it totalled ..

Edit . Also I think you should stay IFS if you hit something parked in a IFS truck with 33s, I think no parked vehicle would be safe around you driving a Sas truck on 37s ... lol

The shop is really good, they are a family owned business recommended by my buddy's dad who owns Charlie's Garage that restores classic cars. They don't even own a forklift as far as I know.

Yeah, I'm an idiot. I use USAA. I am still not sure what is making it totaled. I did get some pics from underneath, this is the only one I have rn though.

Umm, I'm an idiot is the TLDR.

I noticed that the rear window visor thing I have on my windows fell off the back right window. I looked back for a second at it, and when I looked up, it was too late to do anything except watch the crunch into the other truck. I had to go ring the poor lady's doorbell at 5 AM, it was her husbands truck but he had already left for work in his work truck at the time.

He should get rid of that any way. So I was not calculating that into the fix.
Yeah that too. But I am just talking about getting it drive-able.

Yeah, I mean in their estimation of it being totaled. They estimated 13K without tearing anything down, but if 10K of that is paint and body work, then I will just fix the suspension.

Your tie rod isn't even bent either . spindle looks fucked for sure, the CV doesn't even looked messed up either .. If that is considered totalled to them, then I total one of my trucks every weekend... lol that should be back on the road by Friday unless there's frame damage but it would look a lot more messed up . You definitely moved that Dodge over pretty good

Bro what the héll .... that is not 10k for paint and body work you can repaint that whole truck for 8k .. You need to question these people man the insurance and the body shop. You seem like you just agree with these people and don't question these ridiculous quotes .. especially when insurance is involved they want every penny from them
