    edit: aaaand it's gone

I know there are some 4R peeps in here so thought I'd share. I got rid of the 4R and have some stuff to unload, one being this weathertech sunshade. It does a killer job compared to cheap ones, and I know others in this state can appreciate that. It's free, you can pick it up in Surprise or I can mail it to you for like $10.

How do I improve my MPG? Use 4825 mile OICs? Or is it totaled?

I really do love my '19 F150. I'm on my second, after rolling my '17 fx4 3 times after getting run off the road by a sxs, landed right side up and drove 60 miles home doing 65mph on the freeway with only my air bag lights on and still driving straight as an arrow.... they are safe and good trucks.

That’s insane! Hopefully everyone in the truck is ok.

I know we like to shit on domestics, and I know we’ll hear horror stories, but I like to think by the sheer volume of f150s on the road that those are the outliers.

I’m incredibly impressed by the truck so far, really good features for the price. It’s smooth, good mpg, good features, and didn’t break the bank. 2022 with 30k miles for $33k.

I know I know  I don’t ever travel in the snow, it doesn’t snow here, and anything I’m doing in the desert is 2wd friendly. I scratched my 4wd itch plenty with my tacoma.

My girl and I were alright, I was knocked out and bruised from head to toe, she drove us home as we had zero cell service and we're in the middle of nowhere. Still blows my mind that we didn't even have a check engine light on and it drove straight. Didn't even break any glass. I'll try to find some pics. Here's the new truck though... '19 FX4 Lariat Supercrew on Fox's, RCI sliders, RCI full skid package, Racelines and 34"s. Love that you can lock the rear diff anytime, the 10 speed is great and love the turbo noises from the 3.5EB.

I was looking at the F150 Hybrid a few months ago, the 7k generator option piqued my interest.

Congrats on the Ferd. Seems like a lot of the ecoboost issues got worked out, I know the early ones were a bit sketchy. Big issue was oil from blowby condensing in the intercooler.

I briefly entertained the idea of an Explorer when I was shopping for the 4runner but ended up with the tried and true yota.
Coming up on my first transmission service interval this year here.

beating my brains out trying to figure out where I want to end up still.

kick ass home from a 5 walking distance from South mountain is on the market in Ahwatukee. It’s central but like what? An hour from the closest Offroad trail?

place I had my eye on in gold canyon is back on the market but it’s basically boomer town right? Closer to trails and such.

Payson is another place I’ve been looking. Not as warm but way less people and people are annoying. but idk about finding a decent job up there and making meth is illegal so it won’t be that…

why am I looking now? I expect the housing market to continue its insane climb in valuation.

    ugh… :annoyed:
