    This is fucking crazy.

I pre-ordered TitanFall 2. Should get some DLC for doing that. I never got that DLC. On the phone with Microsoft support for over 5 hours in the last few days. They are stumped. On the phone with Respawn support for 2 hours, they are stumped.

Just got off a call with a Respawn developer... And we get a code, got to install it "You already own this and it's installed" according to my xbox.

Respawn Dev is stumped. Not one single person can get me my DLC. I told him to just give me a code for the deluxe edition and I'll reinstall that. I'm now waiting 72 hours for them to decide if they can do that.

This is the first time I ever pre-ordered a game. I won't do it again.

I didn't pre-order for the free stuff, but I should be getting it regardless.

Now that I think about it. I've spent more time on the phone with support than I have played the game.

I have three separate issues this morning with technology that have lead to several hour + calls.

Internet should be around 200mbs download and 20-30 ish upload. I am getting 15 down 2 up. Cox as usual less than helpful, other than complaining enough to get a free month.
After about an hour thirty problem is mostly resolved with 150 down 15 up.

Apple TV is stuck on home screen not able to connect to the Internet even though PlayStation my computer and phone are. 40 min call with them to tell me to restore all settings. Took 25 min still nothing. Dreading calling them back.

My old work laptop took a shit last week. Company sent me a new one, this computer won't connect to my printer. Says I need to download drivers. I ask my office for admin login so I can download the drivers. Login and password for admin don't work. Get on the phone with the third party that handles IT for us. He remotely takes control of the computer. Still can't login. Calls me about 15 min ago says he logged in, but the drivers aren't available.

I can't get rid of this jeep thing. It has infected all of my devices that I have come into contact with...

The front was bucking around over them but the rear stayed planted. It was a weird feeling. Haha.
