    Currently looking in Mesa. Minimum 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage. Prefer 1 story but not crazy important. Fenced yard. 1400 MAX. See a handful at 1250 ish.

    Can't afford my 2435 per mo with 500 in utilities anymore!!!
