    It is for the rear axle to move it. It goes in between your leaf springs and the perch they sit on. This really helped with my tire fitment. There are 2 options on these. 3/4" or 1". I used the 3/4" and if you saw my post the other day you can see the tire fits pretty good in the wheel well. You shouldn't need to worry about the bump stops, but those with stock ones will need to modify them so they aren't crooked.

    Axle relocation plates? They either move your axle forward or backward based on where you are rubbing your fenders in the rear. Dakar leaf packs seem to move the axle forward and putting in relocation plates eliminated my rubbing issues.
