Thanks for understanding. It isn't about the money, its the time that we have to find, so charging extra doesn't fix it for us. We always give the 24 hour turn around as the worst case, but often the turn around turns out to be an hour. We have always tried to under promise and over deliver, having a busy shop is always a tough balancing act.

We appreciate your input. We have 26 people that work here at SDHQ that are all constantly working on something. Our in-house production is 6-8 weeks out, our fabrication is 6-8 months out, our shock rebuilds 2-3 weeks out, our bolt on 2-3 weeks out and our 500 mile retorques we try and keep at 1-3 days out. With a tight schedule and people often waiting weeks or months for us to work on their project. We don't always have the luxury of pulling someone off a job that has been booked to handle a nitrogen fill on the spot at this time, and as was written above, it isn't about the money, so an expedite fee doesn't help anything.

We are proactive in improvements in our workflow, which has helped us continue to grow over these past 19 years. Next summer we are moving into a new building that has twice the square footage. With that move, we will also have a dedicated shock room that will be open to our showroom. That will offer us a lot more flexibility to work on easy jobs such as a quick nitrogen fill.

Read above in regards to your 24hrs comment. The customer who wants to come in and spend $30,000 is just as important to us as the customer who wants to bring in their truck they had lifted elsewhere for us to do a check over on it. $105 or $30,000, either have to wait the same 2-3 weeks for our techs to be able to work on it, and each of those jobs are treated with the same amount of respect.

We have never built a trophy truck.

Besides Icon we stock King, Fox, Bilstein and Eibach shocks.

I'm a bad FA owner and don't daily carry but when I do, the shield is great. Slim single stack comfortable fit and reliable. I would recommend hitting up a AZ pew pew meet or going to a gun store with a range and trying all of them. I think you'll be OK looking at M&p, glock, sig, Springfield, kimber, etc. Just find one that is the most comfortable fit and spend the time shooting it and you'll be good.

For the record, I have m&p, glock, and sig hand guns and love them all.

Just signed the paperwork for a new roof. Being an adult and homeowner some times really sucks! Think I may have to go for some lead therapy later today to help ease the pain.

I just picked this up. Mid engine rear wheel drive. Motor very similar to the 2.4 in the tacoma, except it is laid on its side. Giving it away to a friend in need. Merry Christmas!
