I've been any independent contractor for going on 4 years. Only thing to watch out for is the fact that you aren't paying taxes on your checks so make sure you save for tax season. Other than that it's great, lots of opportunities for write offs!

It's handy for streaming NHL from Reddit when games are blacked out. That's about the only use for them right now.

If you just jack up the driver front pretty high you will keep most of your oil. Put it up on jack stands of course. I use a jack and a jackstand since your just doing the one corner.

A squeeze or two from a quart of oil afterwards and youll be topped off.

I used about half a quart to top it off, it wants to drip almost the entire time. I just kept the truck level as to know where the level was initially.

I am haha. Just save your tax bracket percentage plus 7.5% for tax payments. You can make the payments quarterly to take the pain away at the end of the year.

This seems like a lot more taxes than I get from a regular check?

As an employee, you pay half of medicaid and shit. The employer pays the other half. You will have to pay both haves since you are the employee and employer. Reason I say 7.5% is because the employer portion is deductible.on your income tax. Also, if you are driving around a lot, I recommend mileiq app or something similar to track your miles.
