    Just wanted to check in. Things are getting better with the Phantom pains. Real pain is almost zero. Not bad for just over 1 month since leg amputation. It's not holding me back much. Was at pops shop yesterday doing this.

    Jon, It's good to hear you're doing so well and back up moving around already. The phantom pains will get better. When it comes to things like an itch, I understand that if you find a new place to scratch, that will help if you're consistent.
