Yeah man used the last of my gift cards at work. We used to get $100 a month if we kept our agency customer sat survey above a certain number. We hit it every single month so basically I had a $1200 to blow on Amazon last year. Unfortunately corporate took those funds away from agency owners this year and moved them into a different category that is much harder to hit.

I proposed on a scuba dive off of La Jolla. My wife had given me her car keys before we went out because her BC didn't have a pocket. So when I start fishing around in my BC pocket she told me later she was thinking, "Why is he giving me my car keys back?" Then I dropped the ring! Luckily we were kneeling on a sandy bottom, so it only took a minute or so to find it. But I was freaking out so bad my wife thought I was going to drown.

That is the hitch I ordered so we will see. Went a different direction on the tow strap since the Rhino ones are more tow strap less recovery strap.

Next big purchase once I pay off the ankle surgery which should be soon once my accidental injury policy pays out. Prob pick up RCI steel skid for the front to start.

Been talking about picking up a Glock G19x for a while so that is in the works as well.

Good to hear, was a little worried cause they cost a bit less than a lot of others. Thinking front then transmission to start. Factory T case strikes me as sufficient for what I would typically run

I thought I was over doing it for what I typically do. You’d be surprised by the gashes and scrapes I’ve picked up. It’s one of those instances where i didn’t think I’d need it, but glad I have it now.

I heard the RCIs start bending inward as they take hits, that’s why you see the other vendors have reinforcements across the inside. You’re probably fine if you aren’t planning on crawling over rocks.

If anyone is nearing the service life of their battery, batteries plus has a coupon code for 20% off and there is a $30 rebate for northstar (X2power) going.

Gotta order online for pickup in store... CDP13175

I’m getting a 24f today for $230ish out the door after rebate... that’s way better than the group buy thread even.

A buddy of mine proposed on day 2 of a 3 day white water rafting trip inside a side canyon in front of a waterfall.

    Kick ass!

I just ordered a bunch of stuff for the truck from Amazon today too with my birthday gift cards!

IFAK, Tourniquet + Trama shears in MOLLE pouch, 5 pack of T-Slot fasteners, Jeep grab handles (for the kiddos to get into the back seat), Stainless fireplace tongs (for the Solo stove, not the taco)

So I’ve seen tuff country UCAs with moog ball joints floating around for like 280, but I know they have a bad reputation, is it because they have shit quality or is it because they basically stole Camburg’s moog UCA design?

Thanks next up is a mounting set up for a couple quickfists for shovel/axe and a rotopax set up really mostly for their water jug for my backcountry trips that would get used way more than gas cans. I just toss my basic backpacking first aid kit in for now.

for quickfists i just cut and bent some aluminum stock and used the existing tie downs, changing that up with the t-slots. 6E471C83-9F78-4BFE-BF2B-A81AB3D95273.jpg
