Strange request of the day...... I have a bunch of furniture to move from Irvine to Tijuana. Beds for the local orphanages about 100. Any ideas of a local cheap truck rental in SD? A 18-20' box truck would be best but I am super flexible. I plan on making multiple trips to get it done in August. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I live in Phx and am towing with the idea of even buying a used truck and then selling it when done. Thanks

I have an AC in my garage. It's the type you put the hose out the window.

Looks like my guys had to string it out to a 4th day, no big deal but the pavers look awesome!

Meanwhile I am going through another round of moving box cleanouts. I hate it, I can't bring myself to throw away some of this shit but what the fuck am I gonna do with stuff like a pog slammer that says "Mortal Kombat" on it??:annoyed:

Or like, a piece of shit sword that I bought as an edgy teen, 'cause every teenager needs a katana with a plastic dragon for a handle.
I worry about shitcanning that just because I don't want someone to get hurt.

Parts isn't open today. Toyotacare said I can buy a new one and bring the receipt to the dealer to get reimbursed. One of the downsides of only having one vehicle now, gotta get her running for work tomorrow :(

Drop that pin. Screenshot google maps/gps coords. I’m in west valley and may be able to help or rally some folks I know.

Edit: just saw latest posts now. Hope you’re out ok. Any luck with fishing there?

    +1

when one of the big battery companies bought Optima years ago, they moved to cheaper internals to save $ and kept the high price tag- the batteries went to shit real quick. Everyone in the weekend racing community had issues with them.

Costco became the next best option - super awesome return policy, just the hassle of taking it out and returning it for full price of what you paid for it. Customer service counter gives you a "gift card" with the amount you paid for the battery, just got back to the tire center and get a new one. You only pay the difference if the cost of the battery has gone up in the last 3 years.
