    Serviceman have that option at least.

    Contractors don't.... unless they wanna make the news. :crapstorm:

    I still remember the articles about the overseas labor from China that came to build the Chinese Cultural Center (RIP) that were laying out newspapers and dropping deuces right there on the side walks to the horror of our American decency.

    You are welcome to borrow my 3" jack or I have a 1" jack that can only lift 1000 lbs . I totally understand your problem as I had to buy some crazy stuff. I also have low pro ramps to drive the car up on

    That might help actually. I maxed out my jack in the rear end. I think the angle, even though it is on the ramps, was still just too much. I'm going to try to get the front up higher first then jack the back up and see if it will have enough room.

    @Man of Steel TRD

    I have 2 floor jacks, you can get one on each corner and high lift to get on maxed out jack stands.

    If that doesn’t work, we lifted only 1 side of a car to get the trans out.

    Yeah, I'm still out here. The project is running until mid-November

    Never been much of a vette guy. At the racers I did like watching the mid-70s vettes race one another, but in street form...meh. Those z's have always looked good.

    It looks too round to be a 7. I want a Caterham now that they make them for tall people. I wanted an S2000 back in the day but anyone over 5'8" was unable to drive one comfortably.
