Careful with those prairie dogs, they carry the plague. Practice with your long range stuff.

thanks for your help. The plan is for her to limp it home and I’ll have a radiator sitting to go in on Thursday. Those Sequoias have tons more room than my 3.4L.

No but have neighbors within 1/4 mile which is the problem as much as I understand. So long as no one rats me out we are good. But a few I’m skeptical of

Have one. Still have the legality issue of being within 1/4 mile of neighbors

I use to live out your way, but further back, closer to the national forest/tree-line (on Celeste Way). Our neighbors, as well as us, use to plink away at them... mostly with .22

Got the fridge mounted. It was a bit of trial and error to get it as far rearward and right as possible. Between the tailgate and the wheel well. But getting it right left me a lot more room than if we hadn’t done the spacer so I’m happy. Gonna pull it back off and do a bedliner coating on the wood. But it’s too hot today.

So, Im looking at sights for an AR. Considering 45* offset sights as they're BUIS. Does anyone run these? The other option is flip-up. Opinions?

Usually the 45° ones run with an optic for longer range and the flip sights for shorter range...i guess depends what you are using it for.

I ran magpul flip-ups on my last AR. Got co-witness with them and my Eotech 512.

I have the magpul pros, Troy, and whatever the scar comes with. I like the magpul pro. Offsets are goofy imo. I think I’m gonna ditch the buis all together on my main AR

Just finished up my build.. for now. My flip ups came in last week. Allows me co-witness if needed.. and provides a clear window through the optic when flipped down. These are specific to the Sig 556. Got everything else finished up earlier this week.
