Finally decided to get clipless pedals for the spin bike, so I went to REI. That place was ransacked..... Maybe when things warm up some of those mountain bikes will hit the used market.

Just got artificial grass in the back yard. So damn expensive but with all the work that went into installing it correctly I can see why. So happy we did it.

Well the Z has the heads off it still. I shelved it when I had my shoulder surgery then started working on the white truck. Figured I should get the truck running and driving again before I got back to the Z.

Oh no way. The amount of work was ridiculous.

Got my Coastal bumper in progress now. Center section was done last weekend, going to try and get the wings completed this weekend so i can start grinding and painting.

Personally, I'd skip powdercoating. Paint it with a good spray can bedliner. I use the stuff from Harbor Freight. Cheap, sprays on good and is pretty tough. Easier to touch up that way too. Only gripe is the sprayer gets clogged sometimes but i found that just rotating the sprayer while you're painting tends to free it up again.

I had front and rear Coastal on my 99 Tacoma, painted with the HF bedliner too.

When I did the FJ tcase swap in my 4Runner, I had to have new driveshafts built. Went with these guys here in Tucson - https://www.simmonsautorepair.com/Tucson-driveline.html

Did great work, even when I screwed up measuring the rear and it was about 1/2" too long, they rebuilt it free of charge.

Their stuff is good. Honestly would have gone with their rear vs doing my own if I had known about them a few years ago. Front I have some aesthetic gripes with as well as my personal front cross member modification. But still a great product.

I know Tom Woods makes a single and there are a few driveline shops in PHX. Dick's Driveline is Phoenix Rack and axle now. They are right next to Christie's Caberet.
