Anybody have any parts hookups at a local Toyota dealership? I'm looking at buying a large item so it is not cost effective to order online and pay shipping. Would love to save some cash if I can. Thanks

That attitude is a HUGE part of what’s wrong in the USA these days. May not have agreed with him, but he’s as human as you. The dude left behind a wife. Not to mention the millions he donated and millions he raised for cancer and other charities.

I mean “good riddance” might be an appropriate response after sniping a pigeon that woke you up cooing after crapping on your truck all night.

Anyway I think I got my point across.

Sorry, but I really hate moral licensing. Especially when it has to do with a rich guy giving away money so he can get tax credits and bogus brownie points.

The guy was unapologetically polarizing and hopped right on the train of driving the wedge in political polarity that grew out of the '90's in the wake of repealing the FCC's Fairness Doctrine.

As far as I'm concerned Rush and the members of the media on both sides like him are as much or more to blame for the vitriol we see between parties and politics than even the Politicians.

So to echo @Atl-atl , good riddance.

He used his voice to spread hate globally. No amount of chritable donation can make up for the evil he spread throughout his life including but not limited to racism, anti-equality, sexual consent and anti-feminism. He was an inherently evil person, the world is better off without him.

On another note, Toyota now offers a lift kit right from the dealers.

    - Pro grille and Garnish. Verified to work with TSS
    - Deletes your fog lights (!?)
    - 3 yr/36k mile warranty if you buy the truck new with it. 1yr/12k mile warranty if installed later.
    - $1350 plus labor
    - Bilstein, but TRD branded.
    - 2" in front, 1" in back, most likely on a block.
    - V6 4x4 DCSB/ACLB only. DCLB, I4 and RWD anything need not apply.

Seems just too good to be true. Have the dealership idiot lift your truck then have them notate your paperwork from that point forward....AFTERMARKET SUSPENSION

They offered that when I was looking at the 4Runner at Earnhardt toyota. Specifically said spacers and blocks then proceeded to tell me my lift in my truck was not factory...

So I phoned in to a bike shop who deals in the brand of a bike I was interested in. Basically the rest of the year is lottery on when (or more likely if) that particular bike comes in.

    Bummer.

PowerTray came in at least. Everything else is on its way, no thanks to the cold

I have access to Giants B2B website, they have exactly 0 full suspension mountain bikes in stock. The largest manufacturer in the world that makes 90% of all bikes on the planet has none for sale in the largest market in the world for that product.

I'm looking at just converting my hardtail into a gravel bike, but I am not well versed in that sort of thing, and even mighty google gives no clear answers. Instead opening many doors in a rats nest of information.

I can help with that. What are you looking to do? 700c wheels/tires, drop handlebars etc?

I'd like to convert to 1x and go with a solid fork. Might look into different grips or something for now. Hand and wrist fatigue have been my biggest factor. Might not go full drop bars to keep costs down. I like Velo Orange Crazy Bars, but they seem to be very popular (even without a bike shortage) and are sold out.

Was gonna say parts may also be difficult right now. I know many people who have bikes in shops but the shops cant get the parts. I was lucky to get my suspension rebuilt by a guy in Tucson who stocks a boatload of parts for that kind of thing so I didn't have to wait 5 weeks for Fox to do it.
