Couple more revisions but this is it basically. OGE Split dual battery/Redarc system with all the appropriate wiring, terminals, fuses with correct amperage, etc. Details and Wire Gauge is all broke down in the PMs.. its all beef and future proof. Between my cart with OGE and Powertrays for all the misc wiring, terminals, fuse blocks, etc.. I'm at about $1300. plus all the little misc stuff I picked up. (12v pump, color coded 16g wire for accessories, wiring supplies, etc). Hoping to get some good progress on this all when we get back.

    Coupla questions.

Running everything through the factory ground, are you actually doing that or is that simply to keep the diagram clean?

Any particular reason the winch is running off the starting battery?

Just to keep it clean. Grounds will be to nearest chassis bolts/grounds.

Just want to keep it separate.

My setup is extremely similar...OGE and Redarc is the way to go, IMO.

ETA: I'll be putting a BlueSea manual switch on my winch, though...extra peace of mind if I ever need to cut power to it in a hurry.

Im guessing the BCDC has the ability to start off either battery or use one to charge the other if it gets drained? Are you running different batteries or two of the same?

The Redarc 100% isolates the two batteries, but you can start the truck with the aux using standard jumper cables if the start dies. The beauty of the Redarc is that you can run different chemistries and sizes, unlike a traditional isolator, and it has a MPPT built-in.

This.. the fact I can run different batteries was the biggest thing for me. IMO.. the Redarc is the simplest and best option out there.

    Bone stock. Pls mod me.
Any recommendations for alignment shops in east Mesa? Gonna lift the truck soon and need a reputable shop to get her straightened out.

No suggestions, but max out your castor when you do the alignment.

Anybody on here epoxy their own garage floor? Im looking for durability results of specific brands people have used since there is a TON of conflicting information online. Project list is starting to grow for the new house. :D

Not sure if they still have a shop in Mesa but Network Alignment has been my go to for nearly 20 years. I use the one off Cave Creek and Cactus. They were able to understand what I was doing with my alignment to make my 35’s fit and made sure it drove straight. They don’t just chase numbers and listen, which is nice.

I caught this Mustang there getting aligned last time I took the truck in.

I went to network over in AJ off of main street. They always did a good job on my lifted vehicles.

Going to try and align my front myself this weekend after I adjust my coilovers. If I suck I’ll take it in. Alignment and tire mounting are the only things I ever have take the truck anywhere for. I know how to do both, just don’t have the equipment.

I did mine at my mesa house. Went with the kit from Home Depot. Durability was good for the price and the DIY. I only lived there for about a year and a half after doing it so dont know about longevity.

That is a good idea. Thankfully I wont have to do that because Im going to do the garage floors and the inside floors before we move in. I have my rental townhouse in flag until May if they wont let me break the lease so theres plenty of time ha.
