Anyone have any property management companies they have used or can recommend?

 

I've seen a lot of do it yourself vs professional coating in garages. I have a contact for a guy somewhere who does great work. If needed I'll dig it up.

I'd pay a professional. Results are a lot better imo. We did our garage ourselves 10+ years ago. Held up great for 3-4 year's. Looks like shit now. My mom had hers professionally done at the same time and it still looks perfect

 

I can't remember, probably $100/gal though if I remember his estimate. You might just need to call up SW and ask. I think I remember not being able to find the price online either. I can ask my buddy if ya want. Might be able to have him get it through his works account. There might be other options better, but I know that's what he used for his companies indoor grow room and they don't want to have to be redoing it all the time so it's probably some of the better stuff.

 

May have done it.

May have found that ideal combination of length, lift, and tires, to really make a third gen Tacoma shine. I need more photos, in better light, to be sure, but in person, it just looks oh so nice.

I didnt know you finally did the snip! We all spoke about this many many years ago when i got it done. Its like closing the factory and opening the fun park. Giving creampies for life with no stress.

 

What exactly are you looking for. My Brother in law has been in property management for years. Currently managing high-end apartments for MLB Spring Training.

 

Yup did it last year. $31 out the door. Pretty sure Tiff hates it. In the 19 years before I got the snip we never once had sex without a condom. So she wasn't too happy with the options "In, on, or around you?" when we started not using condoms.

 

My brother is looking for a new company. The current one he has is just causing him headaches and not really doing what he is paying for. Also finding them trying to charge extra here and there.

 

Thats where Whits all about it. Currently the only options she has is stomach tits face or back. So she is all about the inside. Or she really is into the creampie fetish.

Yeah the house is in North Phx. Off the 101 and 7th st.

 

I want to. The pain doesnt bother me. Its just finding the time to run down during the week for the consultation. I am pretty sure whit has to be there too.

And sweet any time you want to roll just let me know. And damn the shit box has come a long way. Remember back in the day with the red 2nd gen with 6" lift and making a mid travel setup out of the DB lift.
