Depends on the context really. I tend to try letter/number swaps like using the "1" as an "I" because I see that a lot.
In fact I use it on my current plate.
EN-EM-EYE, something like that, but again if it was grouped with something I would try other things.

Speaking of which I need to come up with a plate because I need to re-register for AZ.
