Opinion. Switchpros switch 8 is good for 30 amps. Would it be a horrible idea to wire that to a blue sea fuse box for on/off constant? I know I would be limited to 30 amps, but considering I need 5amps at the moment I don't see why this would be a bad idea.

 

No. Not a bad idea. I prefer to do all of tgem always hot. And if you are only using 5amp compared to some that will max it out for a always hot. Youvwill be fine
