It's hard to park my shit at my apartment I walk a block now almost but I'm keeping it till I move again .

 

How's that a snake?..he new the situation where I lived he didn't have to take my 500. He also didn't have to install it the way he did with with stacked washers in which I put it on right. Oh that new strip in also he didn't put on right...he didn't have to wash it I told him fuck it I drove down I'll buy it still helping him out. I'll deal with my parking situation and maybe sell it is what I told him, I told his little friends that where there .."what is he going to cry selling this", and they said yeah.. so why sell it ...he knew so if he has a problem with me selling it or maybe he's mad because I can actually build into something he couldn't ....

Shit mine weren't! I got a hell of a deal.... I wanted to clarify what took place at time of purchase. If he was smart he would directly message me to see what my situation was because I told I'd sell it back to him if time occurred.

 

Bro he like the camper shell so he was sad to see that shit leave but he has different plans for the back (the reason he has a bed rack). Just like selling a soft topper for a hard top....... But either way you did say to both of our faces you would sell it back for the same price of 480, Not 500 if you were to sell it, just saying...... If you wanna explain why he was nice enough to give you a 20 back you can explain but in sure you won't...

 

I sure will explain there ..I handed him 500 knowing he only wanted 480.. so how am I the dick ..when he could of directly message me too see what my situation is on selling it so quick instead of making it public ..

 

Wow man, just wow. I even said if you were just going to sell it than to let me know. Stacked washers? Yea you could have bought your own hardware like I had to do when I bought it, I didn't have t nuts when it was on my truck so I used bolts with grade 8 washers that barely fit the track. It was tight, secure and unless somebody spent 30 min, they weren't going to get them out. The correct way to put your free camper shell weather strip on would have been to apply it directly to the shell and set the shell on correctly. You didn't have to let me do that but you just kept saying fuck it lets do it. And then nothing lined up because you didn't have bed rail caps. I took the time to measure where your shell sat and drill new holes in the brackets so you could make it work. I even offered to drill out the other two brackets so it was on there proper. My "little friends" came over to help me take it down from my carport, wash it and help install it on your truck. Do what you want with it. But if it didn't work for you I told you I would buy it back for the same price. You had concerns and I was accommodating. For you to just throw it up for sale a couple days later for 120 doll hairs more than you paid for it without letting me know.... That's where the problem lies. Tw is a great community and I have bought and sold things here with great respect, this ordeal makes me sour. Good luck with your sale. Peace to you.

 

Well he honored the price. I wasn't there for the agreed price but it was nice for you to give it and for him to give it back but I figured by the way you said what you did you would have made the offer to him first before a posted ad. Just seems like the right thing to do if you give the offer. Instead of someone having to find the posted ad then dm you, just seems silly but I'm done!

 

There was a reason why I was yelling you it's ok don't worry about I'll install because I saw the way you wanted to do it.. hey you have your way to install I have mine . So if you had this great respect then come in a direct message instead of public but seems you wanted this. Hey I helped you out getting your RTT. As far as the 500 goes. I told you I wanted the 500, after it didn't fit perfect and you spent extra time waiting for me to get it right and it being the holidays I gave you a 20 back. You have my number, you could have let me know if you were going to put it up for sale. It's not my responsibility to find your for sale posts on other websites. In fact, another tw meet found it and messaged me. That's what tw is about.
