    bank of america/ merrill lynch is always hiring. you'll get at least 15/hr no matter you work. as soon as you start you get full benefits. 10 sick days. 10 paid holidays. 2 - 3 weeks vacation with option to earn more weeks. 4 month maternity/paternity leave.

    not sure about openings in IT work but might be worth a look.
