Yeah, all that needs to go away.

Backhalf/flatbed and get those rear coilovers in a better position.

You think 5.13 and 5.29 are close enough to not cause problems?

i like it. it depends on what size tires you wanna run too tho I'm only on 35's now, but I plan on bumping up to 37's. I have chromoly axle shafts, but even then 37's will be about the max i'll safely wanna go on that front axle. I also sit pretty low with my swap

    my front axle setup:
    - Dana 44 from a 1987 Jeep Wagoneer
    - Chromoly Axle Shafts
    - Lock-Rite lunchbox locker
    - 5.13's
    - Disc brakes

    my rear axle setup:
    - Ford 8.8 from a 1997+ ford exploder
    - 31 spline
    - Chromoly Axle Shafts
    - 5.13's
    - Lock-Rite lunchbox locker
    - Rotors are custom drilled for a 6x5.5 bolt pattern to match the front axle (standard is 5x4.5 on this axle)
    - c-clip elimnator
    - Disc brakes as well...
