Paid way over sticker because it's a "Pro", got the payment book in the mail finally and just realized he was going to have a $1000 a month truck payment most likely.

That or he traded in the family truckster that had a ton of negative equity without the wife's permission...took the Pro home all proud (like the shot of him and the sales guy) and she tells him "You better fucking sell that thing or I'm leaving you and taking the kids."

ETA: I just had to ask...guess I had it backwards

So this guy KNEW he had at least one child on the way...and it looks like they had an ultrasound days after he bought the damn truck. How the hell do you lack the foresight to A. not just wait until after the ultrasound and B. buy a brand new TRD Pro while you're waiting on a kid? My wife and I make solid money but I look forward to the day where we are so secure in our finances that we can purchase a $50k+ midsize truck without worry...during a pregnancy.

My guess is that he got it on an 84 month loan to be able to afford the payment and he is going to be in debt for a long, long time regardless of what he is able to do with this truck.

EDIT: lol he already went down to $55k OBO. Autonation Toyota Tempe's most expensive 19 Pros are $45,887 before TTL.

If anybody is interested in some RCI front skid plates, we have a couple scratched ones that we are looking to get rid of at a discount. Both at 3/16" steel and powder coated black. Once mounted, the damaged portion is not visible however we are unable to sell this product as "100% new" due to the damage. PM me if interested. Local pick up only. Fitment is for 16+ Tacoma

this is the kinda stuff comedy gold is made of!!!!

that being said, when i went looking for my 3rd gen Double Cab, the boss said i should get an AC instead of the DC - i asked why she thought that.,
her response was: "the kids will fit just fine in the AC"
my response: "true, but for how long, are they getting smaller instead of bigger?"

this coming from the same person that "needs" a 3rd row for invisible people in our household. her justification is still, "what about driving mom and dad or your mom and sister around when they visit?"
my response: "for the 2 times year this scenario would present itself, we will take 2 cars"

Phoenix is a city of transplants from other areas and people don't like changing their phone numbers if they don't have too. I still have my midwest phone number that I ported over from a different carrier and I moved to Phoenix nearly four years ago.
