A handful of times. Mostly T100, Sonoran Preserves, and BCT.

You need to try DC, classic mtb trail! I think it is 13 miles one way. Every mtb biker should

Yeah, I've done DC a couple times. Up Mormon down National a few. Down Conona de Loma once. Stupid enough to go up Telegraph, down National and around on DC once.

You are a stud then! Loved that up Mormon down National trail. National is too techinical for my skills. Reason why I quit is I have 3 ER trips from it. I have beard to cover them up!

Yeah. Whole Enchilada is a good ride. Leading up to the Rim was a blast, going down felt sketchy. I really like the Mag 7 area. Want to hit the Captain Ahab area. Just need more riding to get in shape.

Gooseberry Mesa is another good one.

Also done Phils World, small portion of Colorado Trail, lots of stuff around TX, IL, TN, AL, GA, NC. Lots of good stuff in the Pisgah NF.

If anyone is looking to get back into road riding let me know I'm about to jump back into training (terrible timing with summer right here) and I'm always looking for people to ride with! Or swim I guess but that always seems more solitary...

Sam your videos make me think "fuck! How does he do that?! He's my size!" Keep it up man!!

8 mile hike today. Pyramid to goat hill trails on south mountain. All motivation for anything else today has disappeared. Going to sit and clean some guns while watching TV.

    Great thread!

I signed up for the Granite Mountain Hotshot Memorial Wod in August:

    6 rounds for time
    30 Air squats
    19 powercleans 135lbs
    7 pull-ups
    400 meter run

    45 minute time limit
    beer re-hydration recommended!

555 Fitness Wod app post daily bodyweight and equipment workouts.

The Wodster app lets you search a huge database of workouts based on Equipment or movement.

No real programming on either but good inspiration for when your stumped on what to do.

Hit all my workouts for 3 straight weeks. Slowly adding some running this week. Got to ride in the morning and start getting my legs/lungs back for a riding vacation soon.
