Sprouts has a bag of mung fruit ( I think it's called)
We have been using that as sweeter for making fat bombs.

I too am also making a lot of changes. Eating clean and daily workouts now in place

I’ve just gone with some vanilla stevia drops, and then for desserts swerve confection sugar and there granulated sugar, works really well, I did read about mung fruit sounds good. I made cream cheese cookies last night, we’re pretty good, it’ll be my desert for the next few days, then try something else.

We did strawberry cheesecake fat bombs. Just cream cheese, strawberrys, butter and mung fruit.
Tossed them in the freezer and done.

Almost like a frozen cheesecake yogurt pop.

Yah there’s a cheesecake one in my phone I want to do it involves baking but sounds pretty damn good. Right now my thing is I hover at a low keytosis and flutter with moderate so working at trying to stay in moderate more, not sure where my misses are atm though, I have some mct oil coming in the next few days see if that helps.

You should be able to do under 20carbs and stay in ketosis, but everyone is different.

Remember, sugar substitutes still look like sugar to the body. So maybe back off the stevia?

Yesterday was the first day with the stevia, I used like 4 drops in my coffee that was it, so can’t say it’s from that, also only really drink water and unsweetened black tea, and all the reading shows that every person can be different and vary from 20-50g of carbs for there ketosis so who knows.

Really the Only stuff I feel is carbs I could cut out is maybe almonds, and Italian dressing even though it’s a small amount.

The majority of my foods are:
Eggs, cheese, raw spinach, beef, ground beef, chicken, occasional hot dog, beef chorizo, tuna with mayo, hamburger patties, avocado, and ham slices.

Staying under 20-30 grams of carbs a day sounds very hard. I did that for a year but a I kept it in the 80-100 range.

True I guess you are looking at a low carb higher fat list there. You didn’t add chicken ?

Correct, low carb, higher fat, chicken is on my list of things i eat, the lower fat doesn’t help much for it though so normally needs crap on it like mayo, avocado, butter, or cheese stuff like that also.

I ain't skeered. It's been a progression and work to get here.

Years and years of running and riding probably helps my legs. I've noticed the difference in strength on the bike recently. Just need to get the endurance to match.

Stats are 32 workouts tracked. In the middle of the 14th week of 3 days a week. So only missed 9 days. Over did it early and got sick. Had to get back in the swing of things and hanging in there. 1 of the next couple weeks is either gonna be a light week or dial it back 20% or so and rebuild the progression from there.

That is awesome! Always liked the strength I got from leg workouts but I was always a little bitch when doing them. Keep up the good work. You will tahnk yourself when you go for your bike trip!

Might be going to see a chiropractor soon as the lower back is still not good. It does not help I sit at a computer most of the day. We shall see this weekend as I plan on a couple hikes and a rifle match.
