Pork is all I've had from there. Depending on how long my gears take from this weekend, I may head over there.

Are you guys going to do a before and after of your cholesterol levels after this diet? Just curious as mine is always a tad high so that is why I never tried the Keto diet.

I do a lot of chicken and egg whites. I will probably run my blood after awhile though.

Nice 6 mile hike toady at South Mountain. The overcast skies and little breeze made it not too bad. Lots of mtn bikers on National!
Saw the largest western diamonback ever! That sucker had to be 4-5 feet and fat! Didn't have the camera ready and I don't like snakes to no pics.

So at my work we have a walk in clinic. It's pretty awesome cause it's basically and urgent care but can fill perscriptions for certain things in house. Not to mention it's free for me.

I went in for my 1st time at the beginning of the month because of a ear infection due to swimming. So I'm greeted by this adorable Hispanic girl in scrubs (all 4'8" of her)
Both her and the Drs are really cool and I ended up going back in to ask her if I can use the scale. She was totally cool with it as was the Dr!

They don't open until 8, but I'm in that excited/worry mode. I know I've eaten pretty damn clean. Any sugars have been only from some fruit in my fat bombs and maybe a tiny bit in condiments. I did fit into the last available hole in my belt today, so I have shed at least some inches from last week.

It's just nerve racking... But Let's be honest

    I hate weigh in days.

I’m terrible man I weigh myself the same every morning. I wake up at about 4:30-5am, go down stairs piss and test my keytones, then go and weigh myself, keeps it consistent with an empty bladder and no food for 10hrs so I can see how the day has gone and what I’m starting off at again.

Even when I was in the gym with a trainer, I would weigh with clothes, no shoes and typically after a small pre-work out meal.

I had egg whites and some shredded beef when I got here. I didn't want to be sick to my stomach for 2 hours waiting to weigh.

I haven't been good the last couple weeks. But I was up early on a day that's good to get to work a little later. So I went ahead and got a workout in and try to get back on that swing.

    Nice dude!

Set a small goal and add to it! Takes 30 days to make a habit.
I started with 2 days on, 1 off, rinse and repeat

    Woulda thought I was there.

5 straight weeks without missing a beat. Week 6 was feeling a little tired, so backed off 20-25% on weight. Then the holiday week had more riding than lifting. And off the wagon.

Think it's the heat? Or all the other exciting vehicle purchases? What motivates you? Just the ability to eat like shit once a week?

@2ndGenJonny so I’ve been taking those husk pills for about 4 days now, I can’t say they are miracle and things are back to normal, but it can say it feels like it’s helped, so worth the $15 or whatever for like a 2 month supply.

Heat doesn't help, haven't ridden the last 2 weekends either
    The 85 is a distraction
You must mean once as in the entire week :anonymous:

I've been flowing lately, eating more veggies and added assorted nuts in small amounts. I do have the psyllium husk now, I'll start taking it this weekend.

I keep telling myself that when Gaia moves out soon it'll be much easier. It's not like I reach for the other foods, I just want it all gone. Leave myself with only the core diet foods.
