I havery the gears special edition 360 but that doesn't go in my living room either. I am kind of bummed that it is white too man. All my components are black as well. I'm probably going to hold off for now. At least til theyou goes down in price like they always do and I'm sure they will release a black one too.

yeah, I will probably hold off as well.. especially for a black version which im sure they will release. I still plan on picking up a 4k tv tho.. maybe black friday.

no wraps.. that what I had on my 360. a full gears wrap.. and then it caught fire.. overheated.

I wouldn't buy a black Friday anything. They all seem to be big pieces of shit. I bought a Samsung 55 inch 4k tv two Christmases ago and it was garbage right out of the box. I returned it and got a Vizio 4k tv and it has been beautiful and flawless ever since.

Costco has had some killer deals over the last couple of months on tvs. I should have pulled the trigger on a 70 Vizio 4k that was on sale for 1400 bucks. Kind of pissed I didn't.

I have 4 Vizio tvs in my house right now 2 are about 7 years old and have never had a single problem with either of them. Personally I don't feel like Samsung tvs are worth the extra cost. I will never hesitate to buy another Vizio tv. Best bang for the buck for sure

Not until I upgrade my TV to 4k. My tv is old and the new Xbox wouldn't do me any good. I do need a bigger external. Both internal and external are full again.

As for TV's, there is something to be said about cost and what you get. Some of it's bullshit, but there are a lot of things that make a difference in TV. Picture quality is a lot different between 4k tv's since it's software doing the up scaling. They are just like PC's. Both a $500 PC and a $5000 PC do the same things. One just does it a hell of a lot better than the other.

Totally agree about price/quality. I think that with Samsung you are paying a lot for the name alon . I love my Samsung phone and watch but I don't think it's worth it for their tvs and other home entertainment products. They do all intagrate to one another most of the time so that's cool.

When I bought that black Friday special Samsung tv the repair process was painful as hell but it was probably because it was the cheap ass black Friday model. They actually ended up telling me they didn't make any extra parts for them and to take it back to the store. That experience totally solidified my brand preference for my tvs.

Here's my non 4k 55 inch vizio in my little game room. All that's in here is a reclinable love seat, the tv and my printer. Have a 12 inch sub in the corner behind the love seat. Pretty nice little room to myself.
